Dr. jeff roth
Dentist
Dr Roth received his degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 1991. He has been in private practice in Illinois and Idaho since then, moving to Hailey in a January snowstorm, 2004. He has taken over 700 hours of advanced dental education as a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, including lasers, biomimetic dentistry and prevention. Dr Roth is married and he and his wife have a 25-year-old son. Outside the office, Dr Roth is an avid reader and enjoys alpine and Nordic snow skiing, mountain biking, backpacking & hiking, trail running, motorcycle trail riding, basketball, and singing in Sun Valley Caritas Chorale.

A native of Arizona, Joy moved to Idaho in 1991 and to the Wood River Valley in 1996, where she raised her two sons. She began her dental assisting career with Dr. Luke Whalen in August of 1997 and continued with his practice until his retirement in March of 2023.
In her spare time Joy likes to read, watch movies, and garden.
Karen Barnes
Hygienist
Karen Barnes is a compassionate hygienist who brings over 15 years of experience in the field. She is dedicated to helping patients achieve a happy, healthy smile through personalized care and oral health education. Outside of the office, Karen enjoys hiking, cooking, reading, or spending time with her family and three dogs.

A long-time Wood River Valley local who began assisting in 1997, Joy brings warmth, experience, and a steady chairside presence.
Mari Bistowski
Office Manager
Mari is new to Idaho. She left the behind the beach and sunny California weather to enjoy the picturesque mountains of Sun Valley. With 29 years of dental experience, she will be handling all your front office needs from making appointments to answering all financial need and everything in-between. During her free time Mari enjoys traveling and spending time with her Great Dane Nola.
